The service
Bilanista extracts transactions from statement PDFs you upload and exports them as spreadsheets. Results are generated automatically. Review them, especially conversions not marked Reconciled, before relying on them for accounting, tax, or lending decisions. Bilanista does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice.
Your account
Only upload documents you are authorized to process. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
Credits and billing
Usage is measured in page credits: one PDF page uses one credit. Credits from a failed conversion are returned automatically. Pay-as-you-go packs don't expire. Monthly plans give you their page allowance for each paid billing period; unused subscription pages don't carry over and reset at each renewal. Subscription pages are used before pay-as-you-go pages. Upgrading charges the prorated difference right away and adds the extra pages for the current period; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. You can cancel anytime in the app: your plan and its pages stay active until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.
Refunds
If you're not happy with a purchase, email support@bilanista.com within 14 days and we'll refund unused credits.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
