Bilanista converts financial statement PDFs into spreadsheets. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't.
Your documents
Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory and are not written to disk or stored after the conversion finishes. Extracted transactions are returned to your browser and are not saved on our servers. To extract data, the document is sent to our AI processing provider (Anthropic), which processes it on our behalf under its commercial terms.
What we store
Your email address, your page balances and their history (purchases, conversions, refunds), your subscription status and billing history (plan, renewal date, invoice amounts, and the card brand and last four digits Lemon Squeezy reports), and a usage log of each conversion: date, page count, transaction count, whether it reconciled, and processing details such as duration and AI processing cost. We don't store statement contents, account numbers, or transactions.
Payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
Deleting your data
Email support@bilanista.com and we'll delete your account and usage history.
